Loving Nannies charges an application fee of $250 to begin a nanny search. As soon as you choose your nanny, Loving Nannies charges a one-time finder's fee equivalent to 1 month of the nanny's salary. The $250 application fee is deducted from the finder's fee. If your nanny leaves prior to one year for any reason we will replace the nanny at no additional charge.

For temporary services (night nannies, newborn nannies, vacation nannies, doulas), Loving Nannies charges a flat rate of $300/week or 1 month's salary (whichever is less).

For babysitting services, Loving Nannies charges a flat day rate of $50/day or if the family is looking for a more consistent babysitter (weekly, monthly), they may opt for the Babysitting Membership for $750/year.

All nannies and babysitters undergo an extensive background check upon hire. The Loving Nannies background check includes a Social Security Verification check, Address History check, National Criminal and Sex Offender Check and a Department of Motor Vehicles Search. Nannies are also given registration information for Trustline.

Nannies and babysitters - $10-$18/hr.
